What are your access hours?
Our facility is accessible from 6am-10pm, 7 days a week with your personal gate code. The office is open Monday–Friday 8:30am-6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No — all of our units are rented on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term commitments required, and you can move out with 2 days' written notice.
Is my stuff safe?
We have video surveillance, a fully fenced facility, and a gated entry that requires a personal access code. We take the security of your belongings seriously.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
You're welcome to bring your own disc lock, or you can purchase one at our office. We recommend a high-quality disc-style padlock for best security.
Can I drive up directly to my unit?
Many of our units are drive-up accessible, making loading and unloading a lot easier. Indoor units are accessed via a wide hallway with a cart available for use.
Do you offer climate-controlled units?
Yes — we have a selection of climate-controlled indoor units, which are ideal for furniture, electronics, documents, or anything sensitive to temperature and humidity swings.
How do I pay?
You can pay online through our tenant portal, by phone, or in person at the office. We accept major credit cards and ACH payments. Autopay is available and encouraged!
Do you offer tenant insurance?
Insurance is required for all stored belongings. You're welcome to use your own policy (homeowners or renters insurance often covers storage), or you can enroll in our affordable tenant insurance at move-in through our partner SafeStor. See our tenant insurance details (PDF) for more information.
What can't I store?
We don't allow hazardous materials, flammable liquids, perishable food, live animals, or illegal items. We only store recreational vehicles 2000 or newer. When in doubt, just ask — we're happy to clarify.
How do I cancel my storage?
Send us a written notice (email works great) with at least 2 days notice. Be sure to clear everything from your unit, remove the lock, and notify the office that you are out.
